The Ashwell village show aims to bring together families from around the North Hertfordshire area for a countryside focused day out at our dedicated show site here in Ashwell.
In 2026 we expect over 5,000 visitors from all around our region to descend on the village on the late August bank holiday Monday to enjoy the events and entertainment, great food and drink plus local crafts and merchandise available from our trade stands.
Run entirely by volunteers, Ashwell Show celebrated its 100th year in 2022 and continues to grow from strength to strength. In recent years we have revamped and redesigned the whole show to cater for all ages and tastes while at the same time creating some unique opportunities for sponsors to highlight their goods, services and skills while as well as being able to give something back to the local community via the Ashwell show beneficiaries program – from local sports and social clubs, social housing projects, and local church restoration and repair support.
